damaged elliptical machine broken door

Breakfast was acceptable staff had good English.

The gym had limited functionality one elliptical machine was damaged. A cupboard door in my apartment was broken it was never fixed . No new towels were supplied on multiple days.

the beautiful studio was spacious. it had a big kitchen with all appliances. i liked the bathroom, it offered great water pressure for showers.

the hallway music sometimes got slightly loud.

clean room special treat good breakfast

i found the room very clean. the wellness center downstairs had a special treat. the washing machine was amazing after a couple weeks into my holiday. breakfast had a good selection.

the gym was not fully operational! elliptical trainer had no foot rest on one side. apply, twice.

spotty internet missing kettle

I was a bit let down. the internet was spotty in the room. it made it hard to plan my days. I really needed a stable connection, and the staff didn't seem to have a solution, frustrating. also, there wasn't a kettle in the room? or even bottled water! it was strange for a place in this price range... i kinda expected more basic comforts.

Acceptable, but with issues

dusty corners noisy air conditioning

The breakfast was satisfactory. It had a decent selection of items.

The photos made it appear much better. The room cleaning was subpar. The floors were not vacuumed, and there was dust in corners. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.
